All dairy ingredients are from Hokkaido.
We only use delicious milk ingredients grown in Hokkaido, which is said to be the most suitable place for growing dairy cows in Japan.

"Lake Crystal Salt" is a mysterious salt made from deposits of salt water carried by the wind from the sea. Salt harvested from the lake. It goes well with milk and enhances the taste of milk. It has a refreshing aftertaste.
