How to use
(1) Peel off the nasal breathing tape from the transparent film
*There are 3 pieces of tape on one sheet, so peel them off one by one before use
(2) Close your mouth and apply it to the center of your lips
*Make sure you are breathing through your nose
(3) Go to bed with the nasal breathing tape applied

Precautions for use
★Do not use
・This product is used to prevent mouth breathing while sleeping, and should not be used for any other purpose.
・Do not use if you have a disease that causes nasal congestion or difficulty breathing through the nose, or if you have symptoms of nausea or vomiting.
・Do not use this product if you are unable to put it on or take it off by yourself (people with dementia, drinking alcohol, taking sleeping pills, etc.).
・Do not use on infants and children.
・Do not use if your skin or lips are prone to rashes or if you have any abnormalities such as acne, scars, swelling, or eczema.
★Precautions for use
・If you are sweating or using skin care products around your mouth, wipe thoroughly before use. Also, avoid repeatedly reapplying the adhesive as this will worsen the adhesion.
・This product is for single use only, and each piece can only be used once.
- If you feel that it does not suit your skin, such as if you feel a strong discomfort on your skin (itching, pain, etc.) or if you notice any abnormalities (swelling, rash, etc.) on your skin, discontinue use. If any abnormalities remain on your skin, bring this product with you and consult a dermatologist.
・If you feel sick or have difficulty breathing while using this product, discontinue use.
・Paste so as not to cover the entire mouth.
