Dosage and Administration

If you have trouble falling asleep or have light sleep, take the following dose once a day before going to bed, without chewing with water or hot water.

Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets: 1 time
Children under 15 years of age: Do not take.

(3) Do not take it except before bedtime.
(4) How to take out the tablet
　Press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet firmly with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take it out and drink.
　(If swallowed by mistake, it may pierce the esophageal mucosa and cause unexpected accidents.)

2.Do not take any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Other hypnotic sedatives, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, antitussive expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines, etc. (oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicine, allergy medicines, etc.)
3. Do not operate a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
　(It may cause drowsiness and cause an accident. Also, if you feel drowsy or sluggish until the next day after taking this drug, avoid driving a vehicle or operating machinery until these symptoms disappear. Please do not operate.)
4. Do not take this drug if you are breastfeeding, or avoid breastfeeding when taking this drug.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
6.Please only take it when you have trouble falling asleep or have light sleep, and do not use it continuously.
