Efficacy/effect
The following symptoms for people with moderate physical strength who have hot flashes, palpitations, and nervousness: palpitations, mental anxiety
Dosage and administration
Take with water or hot water before or between meals

7-14 years old: 2/3 packets: 3 times a day
4-6 years old: 1/2 pack: 3 times a day
2 to 3 years old: 1/3 packet: 3 times a day

Between meals refers to 2 to 3 hours after meals.
