Dosage and administration

If you have trouble falling asleep or have light sleep, take the following dose once a day before bedtime.

Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets
Under 15 years of age: Do not take

3. Do not operate a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine.

4. Do not take this drug if you are breastfeeding, or avoid breastfeeding when taking this drug.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
6.Please only take it when you have trouble falling asleep or have light sleep, and do not use it continuously for a long period of time.
