Dosage and Administration

Please dissolve the following amount in your mouth and take it.
To prevent motion sickness, take one dose 30 minutes before boarding the boat. If you wish to take additional doses as needed, please take each dose at least 4 hours apart.

5 to 10 years old: 1 tablet: up to twice a day
