DHA and EPA is a health supplement containing 300mg of DHA, 200mg of EPA, and 10mg of vitamin E per 5 tablets. The daily recommended amount (5 tablets) provides 1/2 (500 mg) of the daily target amount recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and it also contains vitamin E (10 mg).
