Dosage and administration

Adults (15 years and older): 1.3g at a time; ages 8 to 14: 0.65g at a time, 3 times a day after or between meals. (One scoop of the attached spoon weighs approximately 1.3g. Please use the slotting board on the back of the inner lid. Between meals refers to 2 to 3 hours after meals.)

Please take with water or lukewarm water.
