Pyron PL Granules is made of four active ingredients: salicylamide and acetaminophen, which are antipyretic and analgesic ingredients, promethazine methylene disalicylate, which is an antihistamine ingredient, and anhydrous caffeine, which helps suppress pain. Hepatic dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, and loss of appetite may occur.
