Relief of the following symptoms caused by temporary insomnia: Difficulty falling asleep/shallow sleep For temporary insomnia in these situations and for those who: ○ I'm stressed and can't sleep Even though I'm tired, I'm too nervous to fall asleep Worrying about something and waking up in the middle of the night ○ Irregular lifestyle disrupts your sleep rhythm and makes it difficult to fall asleep When taken before bedtime, Doriell is effective in relieving temporary insomnia symptoms such as difficulty falling asleep or shallow sleep.
●Doriel's effective ingredients The active ingredient in Dorrill (diphenhydramine hydrochloride) is widely used to relieve skin itching and allergic symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose, but it can also cause drowsiness when taken.
Doril is a medicine developed by utilizing the drowsiness-inducing effect of diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
How Doriel Makes You Sleepy The posterior part of the hypothalamus, which is closely related to the brain's sleep and wakefulness, contains many histamine neurons, also known as excitatory neurons. Histamine released from the terminals of these neurons stimulates nerve cells in various parts of the brain, including the cerebral cortex, thereby maintaining and regulating wakefulness. The active ingredient in Doriel (diphenhydramine hydrochloride) suppresses the action of histamine in the brain, causing sleepiness.
