WithOne suppositories release carbon dioxide gas in tiny spheres that act on the rectum to promote gentle bowel movements.
After the suppository is inserted into the anus, it takes effect within 10 to 30 minutes.

Dosage and Administration
For children 12 years of age or older, insert one tablet into the rectum at a time. If this does not work, insert one more tablet.
Do not use on children or infants under 12 years of age.

(2) After using this medication, please refrain from using the toilet until you feel the urge to defecate.
