Features
◆Colac suppository type contains tiny carbon dioxide gas spheres that act directly on the rectum to promote gentle bowel movements.
◆The effect will appear approximately 10 to 30 minutes after use.

Dosage and Administration
For children 12 years of age or older, insert one tablet into the rectum at a time. If this does not work, insert one more tablet.
Do not use if under 12 years of age.
■This medicine is to be inserted into the anus. Do not take it orally.
<Caution regarding usage and dosage>
(1) Please strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.
(2) After using this medication, please refrain from using the toilet until you feel the urge to defecate.
(If you attempt to defecate immediately after use, only the medication will be expelled and the medicine may not be effective.)
(3) If used by children aged 12 or older, please use under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
(4) If the medicine is soft, allow it to cool for a while before using it.
If it is too hard, leave it at room temperature for a while and use it after it has softened.
(5) This medication should only be used in the anus.

Storage and handling precautions
(1) Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, out of direct sunlight. However, after opening the aluminum bag, store any unused portion in a cool, dry place (below 15°C) out of direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) When storing, place the suppository back in the aluminum bag with the tip facing down, place it in the outer box, and store it upright according to the markings.
(4) Do not transfer the product to another container. (This may cause misuse or change the quality.)
(5) Do not use the product after the expiration date (printed on the aluminum bag or outer box). Even if the product is within the expiration date, please use it as soon as possible after opening (to maintain quality).
