What is "stomatitis (aphthous)"?
It is a general term for inflammation that occurs when one or several small, shallow, whitish, circular ulcers (less than 10 mm in diameter) with reddish edges and a shallow depression in the center appear on the inside of the cheeks, tongue, under the lips, etc. The cause is not clear, but it is said to be related to stress, fatigue, or unbalanced nutritional intake.


Dosage and Administration

[Age: How to use]
Adults (15 years and older): Apply one sheet to each affected area, 1 to 2 times a day by attaching it to the affected mucosa. Children (5 years and older): Apply one sheet to each affected area, 1 to 2 times a day by attaching it to the affected mucosa.
Under 5 years old: Do not use


<Caution regarding usage and dosage>

(1) Please strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.
(2) This medication does not dissolve. It will come off naturally over time. (Do not force it off.)
(3) This medicine is an oral mucosal patch and should not be taken orally.
(4) Stop using the patch once the pain has subsided. (There is no need to remove the patch you are using.)
(5) Do not allow use by infants under 5 years of age.
(6) If used by children aged 5 or older, please use under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
(7) When using on children, be careful as there is a risk that the medication may be removed with your fingers after application.
(8) If the medicine is swallowed by mistake, apply a new medication to the affected area. If your symptoms change or you have any concerns, please consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered distributor.
(9) If the instructions are not followed correctly, the product may not adhere, so please read the instructions carefully and use it correctly.
(10) After applying this medicine to the affected mucous membrane, be careful not to touch it too hard with your tongue as it may come off.
(11) If any pieces break off, discard them without swallowing them.


Ingredients and quantities

Each patch contains 0.025mg of triamcinolone acetonide

Polyacrylic acid, triethyl citrate, hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), ethyl cellulose, castor oil, titanium dioxide, Red No. 102

Usage notes

■Things you should not do (If you do not follow these instructions, your current symptoms may worsen or you may be more likely to experience side effects)
The following people should not use this medicine: (1) People suspected of having infectious stomatitis (Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered distributor).
- People with white spots that can be easily removed by rubbing with gauze or other items, spreading throughout the mouth (Candidal infection is suspected).
・People with yellow pus in the affected area (bacterial infection suspected)
・People with numerous small blisters the size of rice grains to red beans in the mouth, or blisters or rashes on the lips or skin other than the oral mucosa (a viral infection is suspected).
・Those who have systemic symptoms such as fever, loss of appetite, general malaise, and swollen lymph nodes (a viral infection is suspected).
(2) People with oral infections. (Please do not use this product in areas with oral infections such as pyorrhea or gingivitis, as there have been reports of infections worsening due to the use of steroids.)
(3) People whose symptoms do not improve after 5 days of use.
(4) People who experience worsening symptoms after using the medicine for 1 to 2 days.

1. The following people should consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered distributor before use: (1) People receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist.
(2) People who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medication, etc.
(3) Pregnant women or those thought to be pregnant.
(4) People who are breastfeeding.
(5) People with widespread affected areas (the affected areas cannot be completely covered with this medication).
(6) Elderly people.
2. If the following symptoms occur after use, these may be side effects, so discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this instruction manual. [Affected area: Symptoms]
In the mouth: White spots (suspected Candida infection), yellow pus in the affected area (suspected bacterial infection)
In addition to the above symptoms, if you experience allergic symptoms (bronchial asthma attack, edema, etc.)
3. If the following symptoms appear after using this drug, they may be stomatitis caused by an infectious disease or other illness, so consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered distributor: fever, loss of appetite, general malaise, swollen lymph nodes, blisters (outside the mouth), rash/redness, itchiness, the affected area in the mouth spreading to a wide area that cannot be completely covered with this drug, sore eyes, blurred vision, vulvar ulcers.


Storage and handling precautions

(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer the product into other containers. (This may cause misuse or change the quality.)
(4) To maintain quality, after opening, place any unused portion back into the original bag and store with the opening neatly folded.
(5) Do not use products that have passed their expiration date. Even if the product is within the expiration date, use it as soon as possible after opening.
