Features

◆Claritin EX is an allergy-specific rhinitis medication that contains the second-generation antihistamine loratadine.

Dosage and Administration

For adults (15 years and older), take 1 tablet once daily after a meal.
Please take it at the same time every time.

<Caution regarding usage and dosage>

(1) Please strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.
(2) When used for symptoms caused by seasonal allergic rhinitis due to pollen allergies, etc., it is effective to start taking the medicine early, when symptoms are still mild, once the pollen season begins.
(3) If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine for about a week, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor. Also, if symptoms improve but you continue to take the medicine for more than two weeks, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor.
(4) How to take out the tablets
Press firmly with your fingertips on the raised part of the sheet containing the tablets to break the aluminum foil on the back, then remove the tablets and take them.
(If the sheet is swallowed by mistake, it may cause an unexpected accident such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)

2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Other allergy medications (including medicines for skin diseases and oral medications for rhinitis), oral medications containing antihistamines (cold medicines, antitussives, expectorants, motion sickness medications, hypnotics, sedatives, etc.), erythromycin, cimetidine
3. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this medicine or avoid breastfeeding if you take this medicine.

Skin: rash, itching, hives, redness of the skin, hair loss
Respiratory: Sore throat, dry nose
Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dry lips, stomatitis, gastritis
Neuropsychiatric: fatigue, dizziness, headache
Circulatory system: palpitations, tachycardia
Other: dry eyes, tinnitus, hearing loss, hot flashes, swelling (face/hands/feet), abnormal taste, irregular menstruation, chest discomfort, irregular uterine bleeding, chest pain, urinary retention. In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. If this occurs, consult a doctor immediately.
