■ The mechanism behind the development of "painful boils" A boil is a skin disease characterized by pus, swelling, and severe pain caused by bacteria infecting the pores.

Bacteria enter and grow in the pores.

The fight between immune cells and germs (inflammatory response) begins, and the pores become red and swollen.
Step (3)
Pus, which is the remains of immune cells and bacteria, continues to accumulate, leading to a state of "swollen and pus-filled skin." When this happens, the pus and swelling put strong pressure on the pain nerves, causing excruciating pain.

To treat a painful boil, it is effective to address both the pus and the swelling separately.
Odecure EX contains "sulfadiazine (antibacterial agent)" to suppress suppuration and "diphenhydramine salicylate" to reduce swelling. It effectively treats painful boils by releasing pus and reducing swelling.
To suppuration <br>Sulfadiazine has an antibacterial effect that suppresses suppuration.
For swelling <br>Diphenhydramine salicylate helps reduce swelling.

In some cases, pus may come out, so if you are concerned, we recommend covering the area with gauze after application.

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area several times a day, or spread it on gauze and apply it.
