Features

This is a comprehensive cold medicine that contains eight ingredients that are highly effective against painful cold symptoms such as sore throat and fever.
1. The two anti-inflammatory ingredients, tranexamic acid and ibuprofen, suppress the inflammation that causes painful cold symptoms and are highly effective in easing sore throats, fevers, etc.
2. The long-acting antihistamine ingredient clemastine fumarate suppresses cold allergic symptoms (runny nose, stuffy nose).
3. The expectorant bromhexine hydrochloride helps to expel phlegm that causes coughing.
4. Dihydrocodeine phosphate and dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride relieve painful coughs.
5. Comes in an aluminum PTP package, making it easy to carry.

Dosage and Administration

Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water.

Adults (15 years and over): Take 2 tablets 3 times a day, preferably within 30 minutes after a meal.
Under 15 years old: Do not take.

(2) How to take out the tablets:
Press firmly with your fingertips on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets to break the aluminum foil on the back, remove the tablets and take them. (If swallowed by mistake, it may lead to unexpected accidents such as the tablet piercing the esophageal mucosa.)

Usage notes

■Things you shouldn't do (If you do not follow these instructions, your current symptoms may worsen, or you may be more susceptible to side effects or accidents.)
1. Do not take this medicine if you are:
(1) People who have experienced allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients. (2) People who have experienced asthma after taking this drug or other cold medicines or antipyretics and analgesics (3) Children under 15 years of age (4) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of due date
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Other cold medicines, antipyretics, analgesics, sedatives, antitussives, expectorants, oral medications containing antihistamines (oral medications for rhinitis, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, etc.), oral medications containing tranexamic acid
3. After taking this medicine, do not drive or operate machinery.
(Sleepiness may occur.)
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this medicine or avoid breastfeeding if you take this medicine.
5.Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
Do not take for more than 6.5 days.

Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the medicine, symptoms may include itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, shortness of breath, palpitations, and confusion.

Liver dysfunction: Symptoms include fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), brown urine, general fatigue, and loss of appetite.
Kidney damage: Symptoms include fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, general fatigue, joint pain (pain in the joints), and diarrhea.
Aseptic meningitis: Symptoms include a severe headache accompanied by stiffness in the neck, fever, nausea, vomiting, etc. (These symptoms have been reported frequently, particularly in people receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Interstitial pneumonia: When climbing stairs or exerting yourself slightly, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc. These symptoms may appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Symptoms include wheezing, shortness of breath, etc.
Aplastic anemia: Symptoms include bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, and blood in the urine.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
Respiratory depression: Symptoms include shortness of breath and difficulty in breathing.
3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet.
Constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness
4.If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine 5 to 6 times, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet.
