Yogurtgen is a food product that contains lactose and oligosaccharides as its main ingredients, as well as lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, and plant enzymes. Ingredients: Lactose (made in the USA and Canada), brown rice germ, creaming powder, plant enzymes, beet oligosaccharides (raffinose), salt, plant extract powder (young barley leaves, hub tea, pearl barley, wolfberry leaves, reishi mushroom, loquat leaves, persimmon leaves, licorice, carrot), bifidobacteria powder, lactic acid bacteria, sucrose, (contains dairy products, soybeans, and apples)

How to eat:
・Please mix one packet of Yogurtgen with one glass (approximately 180mL) of lukewarm water or cold water and consume. You can also dissolve it in milk.
・The general recommendation is to consume it on an empty stomach, for example as a breakfast substitute. After that, it is recommended not to consume much other than water for the rest of the morning (3 to 4 hours).
