How to use: (1) Check whether the earpiece S or M fits your ear, and attach it to the main unit. Remove the heating element from the aluminum bag just before use. *S is white, M is black. (2) Insert the heating element into the socket on the earplug body and push it in so that it fits securely into the earplug body. *Make sure that the heating element is fitted into the anti-fall tab. (3) Hold the main unit in your hand with the cut part at the back and place it in your ear.
