How to use
(1) Peel off the nasal breathing tape from the transparent film. *There are three pieces of tape on one sheet, so peel them off one by one before using. (2) Close your mouth and apply the tape to the center of your lips. *Make sure you can breathe through your nose. (3) Go to sleep with the nasal breathing tape on.

Precautions for use ★Do not use - This product is used to prevent mouth breathing while sleeping and should not be used for any other purpose.
・Do not use if you have a disease that causes nasal congestion or difficulty breathing through your nose, or if you are experiencing nausea or vomiting.
・Do not use on people who are unable to put on or remove this product at their own will (people with dementia, those drinking alcohol, those taking sleeping pills, etc.).
・Do not use on infants or children.
・Do not use if you have skin or lip irritation or any abnormalities such as acne, wounds, swelling or eczema.
★Precautions for use ・If you are sweating or have used skin care products around your mouth, wipe the area thoroughly before use. Also, avoid repeatedly reapplying the patch as this will cause it to stick less well.
・This product is disposable and each sheet can only be used once.
