Dosage and Administration

For those aged 12 years or older: Inject one tablet (40 g) into the rectum at a time.
If that doesn't work, inject another dose.
(It is more effective to wait one hour before using the second bottle.)

<Caution regarding dosage and administration>

(1) Please strictly follow the usage and dosage instructions.
(2) After using this medication, please refrain from using the toilet until you feel the urge to defecate.
(If you attempt to defecate immediately after use, only the medication will be expelled and the medicine may not be effective.)
(3) Do not allow children under 12 years of age to use this product.
(4) Be careful not to force it in as this may damage the rectal mucosa.
(5) In winter, you can use it comfortably by placing the container in warm water (about 40°C) and warming it to close to body temperature.
(6) Use only for enemas. (Do not take orally.)
