Vitatrail Gold A Granules is a comprehensive cold medicine that contains six active ingredients that are effective against various cold symptoms, such as acetaminophen, which relieves headaches and fevers, and dihydrocodeine phosphate, which acts on the cough center to relieve cough symptoms, as well as vitamin B2, which is easily depleted during a cold.

Dosage and Administration

Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet per dose
12 years old or older but under 15 years old: 2/3 packet per dose
Under 12 years old: Do not take.
Take three times a day, preferably within 30 minutes after meals.

1. The following people should not take this medicine:
(1) People who have experienced allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) People who have experienced asthma after taking this drug or other cold medicines or antipyretics and analgesics.
(3) Children under 12 years of age.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Other cold medicines, antipyretics, analgesics, sedatives, antitussives and expectorants, oral medications containing antihistamines (oral medications for rhinitis, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, etc.).
3. Drowsiness may occur after taking this medicine. Do not drive or operate machinery.
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this medicine or avoid breastfeeding if you take this medicine.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
6. Do not use for extended periods.

Toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash and redness, small bumps (pustules) on the red skin, general fatigue, loss of appetite, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread rash and redness on the skin, small bumps (pustules) on the red skin, general fatigue, loss of appetite, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
Liver dysfunction: Symptoms include fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), brown urine, general fatigue, and loss of appetite.

Interstitial pneumonia: When climbing stairs or exerting yourself slightly, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc. These symptoms may appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Symptoms include wheezing, shortness of breath, etc.
Aplastic anemia: Symptoms include bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, and blood in the urine.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
Respiratory depression: Symptoms include shortness of breath and difficulty in breathing.
3. After taking this medicine, symptoms such as constipation, dry mouth, or drowsiness may occur. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use of this medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet.
4.If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine 5 to 6 times, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet.


Storage and handling precautions

(1) Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) To avoid misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer to other containers.
(4) If you divide the dose into portions, fold the bag back and store it, and take it within two days.
(5) Brown grains that are occasionally found in the granules come from the raw materials and do not affect the quality.
