Sepy Rhinitis Soft N is a rhinitis treatment drug that contains ingredients including the antihistamine d-chlorpheniramine maleate to relieve the unpleasant symptoms of not only acute rhinitis but also allergic rhinitis mainly caused by pollen and house dust. This drug is a formulation in which the active ingredient is made into a liquid and wrapped in a soft capsule, making it easy to dissolve and absorb.

Efficacy and effectiveness

Relief of the following symptoms due to acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis or sinusitis: sneezing, runny nose (excessive nasal discharge), stuffy nose, watery eyes, sore throat, heavy head (feeling heavy head)

Dosage and Administration

[Age: Single serving: Directions]
Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 capsule, 3 times a day, with at least 4 hours between doses.
Under 15 years old: Do not take.

2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug. Other oral medications for rhinitis, oral medications containing antihistamines (cold medicines, antitussives, expectorants, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, etc.), gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics
3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medicine. (Symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, and abnormal glare may occur.)

Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the medicine, symptoms may include itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, shortness of breath, palpitations, and confusion.
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, widespread rash and redness on the skin, small bumps (pustules) appearing on the red skin, general fatigue, loss of appetite, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
Aplastic anemia: Symptoms include bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, and blood in the urine.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet. Dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, blurred vision
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for 5 to 6 days, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet.
